This character is Makoto Niijima from the video game series, Persona. She is my favourite character, and I wanted to animate her saying the line, "Happy Birthday". The context is, when I uploaded this video in YouTube it was my birthday.
This is arguably my most detailed animation yet... probably for a long time. This 20 second video took way longer than it needed to be as I did it in raster. More animations to come!
